Design and engineering
We create and offer unlimited options to achieve the exterior and performance look you want. We will work with you and your Architect to help visualize your selections. Our design group will join your project team and collaborate to complete structural design, permit drawings, and required shop drawings.
Manufacturing
Prefabricated walls offer many advantages to traditional framing. The panels are constructed in a controlled environment, out of the elements which increases quality and accelerates the project schedule. The wall panels can also be finished off site in a large array of options, which includes fiber cement & metal panel rainscreen systems. This design versatility helps provide our clients with the look they desire, while adding speed, quality, and value to the construction of their projects.
On-Site installation
Our installation services transform your building site from a structure to a finished envelop in a matter of weeks. Panels are loaded on trailers and shipped to the jobsite for ‘just-in-time’ delivery. Panel are set in place and installed by the Cullum prefabrication team.
